There’s just too much to say here. Arbitrary execution just does everything a story of its genre should do - it builds up its world, it gives each character depth and makes them feel real, the writing style is breathtaking and there’s enough humour littered here and there to not make the whole thing too depressing. Love it so much!

This ones a little unexpected, but I couldn’t help but nominate it for just how magic it all feels. If you want an enchanting adventure about four Pokemon with completely different backgrounds sharing an ethereal experience together then this is the fic for you. The characters are great, the writing is gorgeous, just go read it already!

So at this point Ambyssin is basically a reviewing god and there tons of people nominating him, but with really good reason. I didn’t post many fics while Ambyssin was around, but I’d like to specifically note his review for my fic “The Brightest People”. He really dug into the bits he wasn’t a fan of, but also let me know the good parts which he felt made the fic good. I was actually so impressed by the review that I kind of asked him to beta one of my stories…

Chibi’s reviews have probably been some of the most important to me this year. They give strong, good criticism while also pointing out all the great parts of someone’s fic, and I really admire that. I chose their review of White Abridged since it had been one of my drives to keep writing it (although it then went on hiatus, but ironically it was unintentionally Chibi who helped me start again). I wanted to make sure they still had a laugh reading my fic, while all making sure I didn’t do too many slip ups. Overall I have to give a while loada props to them!
